In the case of the disease is active, and U are new lesions or enlargement of the wound must be the 1 Priority will be given to enable them to stop the advance of disease. This through the use of levamisole in a dose 150 mg two consecutive days per week, if the spread of the disease is limited and only very slowly or corticosteroids at a dose of 5 mg betamethasone as a single dose after breakfast on two consecutive days per week, if the disease is wide and gradual spread of the disease in one or two months. With activity of disease fast.Arrest achieved, most patients tend to develop repigmentation of existing lesions, even without additional treatment.Repigmentation may be with topical or systemic psoralens by exposure to sunlight or artificial light stimulated ultravoilet followed.

Before any of these treatments, you go with your dermatologist first time ... Hope this helps.
