Soap making question? - goat milk soap recipe

I make goat milk soap CP and olive oil, but now I want with the addition of EO EO Patchouli and Tea Tree with my lot a lot of oil (). My recipes are standard commands:
Pomice 1000ml olive oil
500ml goat's milk soap
135 g sodium hydroxide

My questions are:
What is the best time to add essential oils before or after a track?
According to the quantities exceeding the amount of each oil I was on board? Considering that I only kind of oil per batch.
The base oils have values of SAP and if so, where can I find a list of oils and their values?
